Being flexible in a tough market is just good business

Lately, clients want everything a little more flexible. Thus, my latest blog post on Communitelligence’s Communication Skills blog.

One other small add for my readers. You can give great advise. You can be truly flexible, accommodating and easy to work with. Still, in the end, the client has to make their own decision and they’ll do whatever they want. Don’t beat yourself up.
